Crozet Independence Day Parade and Celebration – July 5, 2015

One of my favorite things about life in Crozet is the entirely-volunteer-driven Crozet Independence Day Parade and Celebration. This year the celebration is on 5 July 2015.

The parade starts at 5. 

Bounce houses, games, food, music at Crozet Park starts at 6.

Fireworks start at dark (around 9:30)

July 5, 2015 is a Sunday. Why Sunday?

It’s because the fireworks companies are booked at bigger venues on Saturday night and none were available, even over a year in advance. But because our show is Sunday night instead, we are getting a discount and so can afford an even bigger display!

Crozet Arts & Crafts Festival Needs Volunteers

As you may know, we are gearing up for our last Arts & Crafts Festival of the year. This is the Crozet Park’s largest fundraiser and we are expecting a great event with large crowds. To be successful, this event requires many volunteers and I’m hopeful, many of you will consider volunteering. Those who volunteer are given free admission to the event.

Crozet Arts & Crafts Festival – 12 & 13 October 2013

The Crozet Arts & Crafts Festival is next weekend … and they need volunteers!

Volunteer to help set up, (some trucks and strength needed) sell tickets at the gate, or answer some questions at the Information booth (don’t worry we will give you a list of answers!)  Volunteer to sell tickets or stand by the gate to greet folks with a “hello”! The pace is reasonable, the people are friendly and the weather….well we would like to guarantee only the best- but we take what we can get!

Crozet Gators Kickoff Event – 19 May 2013

Crozet Gator Kickoff Event today at pool from 3- 5PM

The Crozet Swim Team is a perfect way to keep your child active and have a lot of fun this summer. Not only do we have an amazing coaching staff, but we have family fun events through out the summer including weekly spirit activities, a private pool party for swimmers and their families, a float in the July 6th parade in downtown Crozet and many other special surprises.

Our kick-off event is at the Crozet Pool today from 3-5 pm.
