The retaining wall, bio-filters, curb and gutter, and sidewalks between Tabor Street and Library Avenue will be approximately 90% complete next week. Several sections of sidewalk will be “blocked-out” and poured at a later date as a result of a delayed delivery of light poles.
The B&B Cleaners improvements will begin in the next week or two, including two driveway entrances, new pavement, four parking spaces, sidewalk at the street, and an ADA compliant concrete sidewalk at the building entrance.
In approximately two weeks a lane closure will occur on Crozet Avenue to relocate the sanitary sewer main in Crozet Ave. The sewer line relocation must occur before the final section of storm piping can be installed from the Region Ten building to the State Farm building.
