Just wondering … with the pending redevelopment of the Barnes Lumberyard, how will (and will?) the 240 side of Crozet be connected to Downtown Crozet?
Possibly under or over? I just hope they are connected, both for the community and for the business on 240. I imagine at grade is the least expensive option but under/over seems to be the safest. At first blush, it seems like a project that should be jointly funded by the 240 business, Barnes redeveloper, railroad, and county as they all reap some benefit from the land
