Peachtree Baseball will hold their Annual Baseball meeting for the public on Thursday, October 27th @ 7:00 p.m. at the Crozet Park Building. All head coaches, assistants, families that played last year and all new families are encouraged to attend this meeting.

The meeting’s agenda will include:
1. Plans for the upcoming season. Reg dates, tryout date, opening season date.
2.Open Board Positions for the 2012 season:
Board Positions are every two years. If a board member has served their term of 2 years, we open the position up to anyone that is interested in running for that position against the current board member.
The following are open:
*President
VP Babe Ruth
Treasurer
*Equipment Manager
Coaches Rep Tball & Rookie
*Coaches Rep Minor/Major
Publicity Director
*Umpire Coordinator
*Denotes that the board member serving now will be running again for this position.
3. Notification of any changes to the by-laws or league governing rules for the upcoming season.
4. Vote in new board members.
