Fundraiser Dance for WARS and CVFD

Fundraiser Dance for Western Albemarle Rescue Squad (WARS) and Crozet Volunteer Fire Department (CVFD)  on Saturday evening, February 5th.

The band, Salute to Swing, a 17 piece big band from Albemarle, will provide great dancing and listening music in a fundraiser dance Saturday, February 5, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM
at the Field School (Old Crozet School

All ages are welcome.

The show features music and songs from the forties and fifties.  Admission is by donation to WARS or CVFD.  $25 for one person and $40 for two.

A free swing dance lesson with Mike Herring and Melissa Pancurak of Swing Cville will begin at 7 pm followed by three hours of music from 8-11 pm. Four singers and a barbership quartet will also entertain the crowd.  Bring cash for 50/50 and gift raffles. Light refreshments will be provided.

Guests may reserve in advance or pay at the door.

Many civic organizations in Crozet are helping organize the event and 100% of admission dollars will go to the fire ( CVFD) and rescue (WARS) agencies.
