1. Albemarle County Parks and Rec is working to install the trail bridge near Westhall and some CTC folks have been helping. The concrete footers were poured last week. See attached photo. If you’d like to help with this effort, join the mid-week work crew by emailing me a request.
2. Western Ridge HOA has been working to build a bridge to connect their neighborhood trails to the future Crozet Connector Trail. CTC folks have helped in this effort too. One more workday (I’ve been told) until completion.
3. The CTC, Crozet Park Board, and Crozet Lions Club all worked together last Saturday to clean up and clean out the radio building at Crozet Park. We will continue these efforts (painting fence, painting the building, and cleaning up planting beds) on Saturday, December 8th. Mark your calendars and I’ll send out more information next week.
Remember, this Sunday, December 1st, is the Kiosk Dedication at Crozet Park at 1pm. See you all there!
