“We could’ve pushed for an Oct. 1 opening. We didn’t want to open and then maybe be in a position to get some things done off the punch list after the opening,” said Brett Hayes, the developer and owner of the Zeus Digital Theaters eight-screen movieplex that is now set for an Oct. 8 opening night.
Where would you rather go?
21 minutes from Crozet to the new theater in Waynesboro
Go to Wboro, the traffic and parking is alot easier and less frustrating.
It might be 23 minutes as the crow flies, but dealing with the Cville traffic and parking, you’d add alot more minutes.
My husband and I would love it if someone would open a single screen theater in or near downtown Crozet that would play second run movies and classic films with a kids’ matinee on the weekends.
Already do 75% of our shopping in Wboro – a movie theatre is a welcome addition. Less sticky floors the better, too.
Waynesboro…Cville theatres are outdated and dirty..sound quality is poor and the seating is so uncomfortable and unkempt. So looking forward to the new Waynesboro theatre.
